The problem

IT departments track thousands of devices in spreadsheets that nobody trusts. Nobody knows who has which laptop, which warranties expire this quarter, or how much a department actually spent last year — until someone spends a week rebuilding it by hand.

What I built

A single system where equipment, employees, licences, service history and spend all live together. Every device carries a printable QR label, every change is logged, and every list exports to Excel. Stocktake stops being a two-week project and becomes an afternoon of scanning.
